  • Reasonable cost
  • Easy to operate, no maintenance
  • Works with any aircraft
  • Remote unit allows operation from cockpit
  • Profiles resident in the unit allow single-button operation
  • Once-a-year calibration
  • Calibrates Altimeters, VSI's, Airspeed/Mach's, ADC's and more
  • Automatically controls leaks
  • Automatically trips out of leak-test-mode if large leak exists
  • Traps pressure in case of power loss
  • Manual vent to Ground included in unit
  • Small and light-weight, easily portable
  • Includes pressure and vacuum pumps
  • Hoses and adapters can be provided

Typical Applications:
The Model 6300 connects to the Pitot and Static systems of an aircraft and allows the user to perform RVSM checks, Leak checks, ADC checks, Transponder checks, Altimeter, VSI and Airspeed/Mach checks, and a host of other checks required to be performed on the Pitot / Static system of the aircraft. The simple design of the system allows the user to operate the 6300 with minimal training. The use of built-in profiles reduces operator errors and allows the tests to be completed in a short time period.
LAVERSAB 6500S  Features:
  • High Accuracy meets RVSM requirements
  • Reasonable cost
  • Easy to operate
  • Low drift; requires calibration only once a year
  • Calibrates Altimeters, VSI's, Airspeed, Mach indicators
  • Calibrates EPR indicators, FDR's, Air Data Computers
  • The use of Profiles allows single button operation
  • Easy to integrate into automated setup
  • Replaces Mercury columns
  • Immune to pressure surges
  • Withstands 250%FS overpressure
Typical Applications:
The Model 6500 is typically used by Instrument Repair facilities for the calibration of altimeters, VSI's, airspeed and Mach indicators. It is also used to calibrate Air Data Computers, Flight Data Recorders, Auto pilots and Cabin pressure controllers. The 6500 only requires external pressure and vacuum sources for operation.

The use of Profiles, which stay resident within the 6500, allow the user to step through all the calibration points for an instrument, including leak-check points, using a single button on the front panel. Profiles are easily setup on any PC and can be down-loaded into the 6500 where they stay resident. Up to 20 different profiles can stay resident inside the 6500 at any time.

The 6500 features RS232 and IEEE-488 interfaces which allow it to be used in an automated setup. All functions available on the front panel can be controlled remotely through one of these interfaces.
