The GAD 13 provides a standard three-wire or two-wire interface that can be connected to the following approved OAT probes:

• GTP 59

• C307PS (Davtron)

OAT analogue information from the GAD 13 is converted to digital information, and passed to other G5 system LRUs using CAN communication.

Connection to GAD 13 enables the G5 to display TAS, OAT, and crosswind information.
