In flight, you will appreciate your portable GPS and wires out of the way of your controls.
One of the features of our Panel Docks is cable management for portable devices.
This Panel Dock uses the Garmin docking connector creating a hassle free connection.
Just click the aera 760 into place and you are ready to go.
The Panel Dock holds the aera 760 securely in place with the ability to quickly remove the GPS from the aircraft.
There is a built-in actuator for the power button giving easy access for power and brightness control.
The aera 760 Panel Dock fits a standard radio stack. Dimensions are 6.25" wide by 8.0 high.
If you are upgrading from an older Garmin GPS, you will be happy to know that we have designed the aera 760 Panel Dock to fit the same opening as the 696 or aera 796 Panel Docks and uses the same hole layout for mounting.
It is also compatible with the tilt adapter (item PD14).
As with all of our Panel Dock products, the aera 760 Panel Dock is manufactured with high quality PC/ABS for long life.
This mount was designed to securely hold your portable electronic device.
It allows you to quickly remove your portable device for upgrades, flight planning, or for use in another aircraft.
We also feel that this is a safer way to use your portable equipment, as it is securely held in the panel at all times.
